
What do I need to make paper models?
You will need a color printer, several sheets of 110 lb card stock (available at most stationary stores), a straight edge (ruler), scribing tool ( a butter knife will do), an Exacto knife, toothpicks, and Elmer's glue or other brand of white glue. You will also need a program on your computer called Adobe Acrobat in order to print the models. This is a free program and you can download it by clicking here.
I never built a paper model. Are they difficult?
No, in fact, anyone who has attended elementary school has made paper models when they were in school. Just cut and paste, It's that easy. However, you should read the general instructions for making paper models before attempting your first model. You can read the instructions by clicking here.
Can I purchase these paper models already printed?
the cost of color printing prohibits our selling pre-printed models. The advantage of printing your own models is, if you make a mistake on a part; you can just print another copy of the page that contains that part and make it again. You can also make a second model if you are not satisfied with your first model. It allows you to hone your modeling skills without the expense of purchasing more models.
